Robert Eugene Morin
Robert (Bob), second child of Ed and Irene Morin, was born Feb 29, 1932 on the farm, west of Damar, Kansas. Bob, along with brother Laverne and sister, Shirley, were the “30’s family”. Bob began school in a one-room country schoolhouse, 1/2 mile west of the farm. It was there they learned English, as Canadian-French was spoken at home. In about 1940 Damar opened a school and the kids transferred to school there.
Robert Edward Morin was born 29 February 1932 in Damar, Kansas. On 17 June 1954 he married Rose Marie Favreau in Damar, Kansas. She was born 12 May 1936 in Damar, Kansas, the daughter of George Favreau and Sadie Kerr. Rose died March 18, 2020. They had four children:
Terrance Joseph Morin was born 15 March 1955 in Hays, Kansas. On 17 November 1984 he married Linda Robinson in East Lansing, Michigan. She was born on 5 August 1954 in Jackson, Michigan, the daughter of James Robinson and Joanne Leone Johnson. They had four children:

Dale Eugene Morin was born 6 February 1957 in Manhattan, Kansas. On 14 July 1984 he married Ann Carroll Brown in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born 29 November 1958 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of Homer Brown and Shirley Ray Gallimore. They had two children:

Suzanna Raye Morin was born 17 April 1990 in Atlanta, Georgia. On 3 January 2015 she married Christopher Springman Lind in Houston, Texas. He was born 30 January 1984 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of Ron and Julianna Lind.
Michael Lynn Morin was born 2 April 1962 in Belleville, Kansas. Michael died March 8, 2022.
Julie Ann Morin was born 16 June 1965 in Manhattan, Kansas. On 30 November 1996 she married Daniel Melchior in Manhattan, Kansas. He was born 15 October 1963 in Evanston, Illinois, the son of Donald Melchior and Dorothy Strecker. They had three children:
Lauren Elizabeth Melchior was born 27 February 1999 in Olathe, Kansas. Lauren married Luke Conner Johnson, son of Bruce Johnson and Annette Kalcic, on May 21, 2022, in Kansas City, MO. They have one child:
Leo Charles Johnson was born 11/12/2023 in Cincinnati, OH.
